What this notice covers

The Cavvi team uses this website to explain the product and show its design. You can browse the page and its previews without creating an account, uploading a personal library, or buying anything.

Cavvi is in development for iOS and macOS, with both launching together. This notice covers the website, not the planned apps.

When you visit

Your browser requests the pages, images, and other files needed to display this website. The hosting service may process request information such as an IP address, requested URL, browser information, and request time to deliver the site and operate its infrastructure.

Cloudflare hosts this website and stores early-access signups in its D1 database. Cloudflare also processes request information to deliver and protect the service. The invitation email provider and retention schedule are still being finalized.

Early-access signup

When you join early access, we store your email address, your preferred platform (macOS, iOS, or Both), the signup time, and the version of the invitation consent notice. We use these details to manage the list and send the Cavvi early-access invitation you requested.

The signup endpoint uses your IP address to limit repeated requests, but does not store it in the signup database. We do not log submitted email addresses. To withdraw your request or ask us to delete your signup, email support@usecavvi.app from the address you registered.

Cookies and browser storage

Cavvi does not add analytics or advertising trackers, set cookies, or save your choices in persistent browser storage. Gallery and platform selections stay temporarily on the page while it is open.

When you contact us

If you email support@usecavvi.app, you choose to share your address and whatever information you include in your message. The Cavvi team can use that information to understand and respond to your question or request. Please avoid sending passwords or sensitive documents.

Your choices and questions

Depending on the law that applies to you and the processing involved, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict its use. Where processing relies on consent, withdrawal may also be available. Applicable law may give you a right to complain to a privacy regulator.
